Responsibilities :
- Manage project work for team members based in the Philippines.
- Collaborate with teams from different countries to monitor and follow up on project deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact in the Philippines for customer interactions, handling various customer-related matters.
- Demonstrate a diligent and responsible work ethic, take initiative, and report work progress promptly.
- Cooperate with local HR to accomplish non-project-related tasks assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- Over 6 years of experience in software testing/development.
- Experience managing a testing team of 10 or more members, with extensive QA testing expertise.
- Excellent English verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficient presentation skills.
- High stress tolerance, capable of completing tasks assigned by leadership on time.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Visual Studio/VS Code, Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines automation is highly desirable.
- Candidates with a .NET/C# development background will be given preference.
