Quality Assurance Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project work for team members based in the Philippines.
• Collaborate with teams from different countries to monitor and follow up on project deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact in the Philippines for customer interactions, handling various customer-related matters.
• Demonstrate a diligent and responsible work ethic, take initiative, and report work progress promptly.
• Cooperate with local HR to accomplish non-project-related tasks assigned by leadership.

  Job requirements
  
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
• Over 6 years of experience in software testing/development.
• Experience managing a testing team of 10 or more members, with extensive QA testing expertise.
• Excellent English verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficient presentation skills.
• High stress tolerance, capable of completing tasks assigned by leadership on time.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Visual Studio/VS Code, Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• 
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines automation is highly desirable.
• Candidates with a .NET/C# development background will be given preference.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing and/or development.
• Proven experience managing a QA/testing team of 10+ members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Visual Studio/VS Code, Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
