- Assist the learning team in the design, preparation, implementation and evaluations of capacity building programs/events;
- Support the creation of learning content as well as promotional materials for capacity building initiatives, while ensuring the maintenance of a knowledge repository, ensuring that information is organized, up-to-date and easily accessible;
- Manage Danareksa Learning Institute (DLI)’s data, includingemployees’ capacity building program records, employees’ training needs, employees’ post training survey data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and the preparation of reports base on this data;
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring the activities Learning Management System
- Stay abreast of developments in the field of learning, as well as propose innovative ideas to enhance DLI initiatives;
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of working experiences.

Have related experiences in Learning & Development.

Bachelor's Degree majoring in Management, Psychology, or any other relevant majors.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel).
- Proficiency in using graphic design tools.
- Candidates with the capability to write effectively in English are preferred.
- Innovative, good in managing team, good problem solving and analytical thinking skill
