Job Description
- Strategic Planning Development
a. Developing shortterm, mid-term, and long-term strategies aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
b. Collaborating with management to identify business goals and design strategies that support company growth.
c. Conducting SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis as a foundation for strategy development. - Market and Industry Trend Analysis
a. Analyzing market data, industry trends, and economic conditions to identify opportunities and threats for the company.
b. Utilizing market data and insights to adjust strategies in line with changing consumer and market needs.
c. Preparing research reports containing market analysis and strategic recommendations for the executive team. - Strategic Project Management
a. Leading strategic company projects, including goal setting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
b. Identifying key priorities in strategic projects and coordinating teams to ensure timely execution.
c. Conducting project evaluations upon completion to assess success and identify areas for improvement. - Strategic Budgeting
a. Monitoring and evaluating resource availability for strategic projects while considering financial aspects and potential impacts.
b. Ensuring that the strategic budget is used efficiently to maximize optimal outcomes. - Company Performance Measurement and Monitoring
a. Establishing Corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of strategy implementation.
b. Conducting regular performance reviews, comparing achievements against set targets.
c. Identifying areas that require strategic adjustments based on performance analysis. - Reporting and Communication
a. Monitoring progress reports and the results of strategy implementation for management and stakeholders based on project PIC reports.
b. Communicating strategic plans and progress to internal teams to ensure a shared understanding.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economic, Business, or related fields, with minimum GPA 3.00 from 4.00.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum 2 years of work experiences in related fields.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunity and risk, and set the strategies as well.
- Deep understanding about industrial trend, market analysis, and strategic planning concept.
- Good communication and presentation skill to presenting plan and recommendation to the team and stakeholder.
- Project management skill and ability to work multitasking to handle multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
