- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand clients’ technical and business needs.
- Prepare and present tailored technical proposals, including solution architecture and project scope.
- Conduct product demos, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses to support client decision-making.
- Address and resolve technical objections, providing proof of concept or trial implementations as needed.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and present solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to refine presales strategies.
- Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field (Information Systems preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in presales, IT consulting, or related fields.
- Strong technical understanding of IT solutions, including system architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a client-focused and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
