- Oversee project strategies and processes.
- Coordinate tasks among team members.
- Develop guidelines for software testing.
- Understanding product upgrades and improvements.
- Analyze data and track metrics.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.
Minimum Qualifications
- This position is Team Lead level
- Has a hybrid setup but can WFO if necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years experience as a software engineer.
- Fluent with functional, imperative and object-oriented languages such as NodeJS, ReactJS.
- Experiences build product.
- Research and testing capabilities.
- Data analysis.
- Tracking and reporting project progress.
- Familiarity with job tools and software.
