Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform brand decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand initiatives
- Manage the brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies
- Manage the brand's social media presence and online reputation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Provide brand guidance and support to internal stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
