Responsible for providing financial, administrative & clerical services related to General Accounting in order to ensure effective, efficient & accurate financial & administrative operations
1. Receives documents from stakeholders and ensure that all have no errors in file names and that they follow the standard documentation requirements.
2. Ensures timely and accurate processing of Expense Reimbursement (ER), Request for Cash Advance (RCA) & Out-Patient Benefit (OPB) Reimbursement.
3. Maintains a filing system of journal entries and other documents to ensure completeness and timely retrieval when needed.
4. Ensures continuous reconciliation of Advances to Officers and Employees.
5. Create monthly schedule of Advances Employee, SCD, Walk AP and Bank Reconciliation (Robinson and PNB Bank)
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate ·

- 1 Year Accounting Backgroung Experience
