Job Description
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and lead-generation activities.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the enterprise software.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients
Client Need Analysis:
- Understand the unique requirements and challenges of potential clients.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine how the software can address and solve client issues
Proposal Development:
- Create and present proposals that outline the software solution, pricing, and terms.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals
Negotiation:
- Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize contract terms, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Address objections and concerns raised by clients during the negotiation process.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve sales targets and quotas within specified timeframes.
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Use market intelligence to position the software effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
Pipeline Management:
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking the progress of leads through the sales process.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to organize and manage customer interactions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach
- Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies
Documentation and Reporting
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trend
Customer Training and Onboarding
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the software.
- Provide training and support to clients as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Understanding of various industries and market dynamics.
- Good in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.
- Willing to work from the office in Jakarta.
- Ability to use software tools for market analysis and identify new business opportunities. This involves gathering and interpreting data to understand market trends.
- Mastery of Customer Relationship Management software is crucial for tracking interactions with potential and existing merchants, as well as for sales forecasting.
- Understanding how to build and interpret financial models to evaluate the profitability of new merchant relationships is vital for a hunter role.
- Understanding of the legal aspects related to contracts and being skilled in the usage of contract management software. Pipeline Management: Ability to manage and analyze a sales pipeline effectively, using specialized software tools if necessary.
- Understanding the technical aspects of the products or services being sold is crucial for effective pitching and problem-solving.
- Skilled in creating and delivering presentations using software like PowerPoint or Keynote, often required for sales pitches to potential merchants.
- Basic knowledge of APIs can be beneficial if your product or service requires technical integration with the merchant’s systems.
- Profiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required for local interactions and market understanding. Native Chinese Mandarin, & English Speaker (Written and oral)
