- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of campaign objectives with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Manage and grow the organization's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video posts.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Develop compelling and shareable content that aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of campaigns and social media activities.
- Prepare regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights
- Minimum 3 years in digital marketing and campaigns creation and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campaign management and social media marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus
