Lead Product Designer  

This is a fully remote / work from home role and will be a consulting engagement with EarthTrack's Singapore entity (not a local Philippines employment agreement).

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the design vision across our products, marketing, and brand. This role will shape the UI/UX of our platforms, maintain design consistency across digital and print assets, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and define EarthTrack’s design strategy, ensuring consistency across products (Go, Control, Reach) and marketing assets.
2. Own and maintain Figma design systems for web and mobile, ensuring scalable and reusable components for SaaS platforms.
3. Improve UI/UX across all digital experiences, using best practices for usability, accessibility, and performance.
4. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs, understanding front-end constraints and opportunities.
5. Design marketing materials, support documentation, pitch decks, and internal communication assets in line with our brand.
6. Create motion graphics and videos (e.g., product promos, training videos) using After Effects or similar tools.
7. Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring a unified visual identity across digital and print assets.
8. Mentor and grow the design function at EarthTrack, providing guidance on best practices and fostering innovation.

You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer based in Melbourne.

1. 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design, with experience leading design efforts for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
2. Expert-level Figma skills, including component libraries, auto-layout, and design systems for large projects.
3. Deep understanding of UI/UX principles for both web and mobile applications.
4. Strong communication skills - able to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
5. Experience working with engineers, understanding how digital products are built and ensuring designs translate effectively into code.
6. Ability to design beyond product UI - including marketing collateral, pitch decks, documentation, and brand assets.
7. Experience in branding, ensuring consistency across multiple products and touchpoints.
8. Video/motion design skills (Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools) for product promos and training materials.
