- Own and maintain Figma design systems for web and mobile, ensuring scalable and reusable components for SaaS platforms.
- Improve UI/UX across all digital experiences, using best practices for usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs, understanding front-end constraints and opportunities.
- Design marketing materials, support documentation, pitch decks, and internal communication assets in line with our brand.
- Create motion graphics and videos (e.g., product promos, training videos) using After Effects or similar tools.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring a unified visual identity across digital and print assets.
- Mentor and grow the design function at EarthTrack, providing guidance on best practices and fostering innovation.
You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer based in Melbourne.

- Strong communication skills - able to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with engineers, understanding how digital products are built and ensuring designs translate effectively into code.
- Ability to design beyond product UI - including marketing collateral, pitch decks, documentation, and brand assets.
