Job Description
Join our customer-oriented team of front-liners across the country! Be responsible for client satisfaction through friendly and efficient servicing of deposits, withdrawals, bills, and loan payments. Render efficient and prompt customer service relative to opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and cross-selling the products and services of the bank.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of branch banking experience for New Accounts Associates
- For Tellers, a minimum of 2 years relevant experience/experience in Customer Service or Accounting or Finance-related roles
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking and other related courses
