Job Description
- Prepare complete materials, modules, and ensure that training implementation is in accordance with objectives, including conducting training evaluations
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Update knowledge and information about trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to training and development
- Carrying out Coaching & Counseling and Mentoring Programs for talent according to their development needs consistently
- Implementing the Buddy System Program so that it runs according to expectations
- Monitoring and evaluating every training or development activity that takes place in the company
- Provide support and guidance to talent's seeking professional development opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Have knowledge about the current landscape of education startups in Indonesia.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources Managemen or or related field
- Have minimum 1-3 years experience in related field
- Experience with instructional design and training program development
- Proven experience as an HRD or similar role, with a deep understanding of HRD principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and employment practices is essential
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
- Able to work with data and analytical approach
- Growth mindset, positive affirmation, adaptive
- Excellence communication skill & influencing skill
