As an HR Generalist at Elinnov Technologies, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department and assisting with various HR functions. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters and ensuring that our workforce experiences a positive and productive work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all new team members.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, and employee feedback sessions.
- Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, claims, and inquiries.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other HR systems accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide assistance in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with the company's overall goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving HR-related issues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
