Job Description
- Lead and manage the Marketing and Branding team.
- Develop and execute brand plans, deliver marketing KPIs, and drive profitable brand growth.
- Evaluate concepts and market segments, identify opportunities, and recommend positioning strategies.
- Execute brand communications across various media.
- Identify research needs, conduct research studies and projects, and analyze market research to uncover opportunities.
- Manage projects effectively with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
- Demonstrate a passion for growth in the consumer health landscape, with a keen interest in health and wellness.
- Be highly analytical and detail-oriented.
- Exhibit creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be willing to undertake other tasks as assigned or needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication Arts, or a related field (Master's or MBA units are a plus).
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management, advertising, marketing management, and communications, preferably in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Health & Wellness industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in various areas of marketing, including promotions, brand building, P&L analysis, brand insights, and consumer and market trends.
- Experienced in crafting marketing campaigns and activations both online and offline.
- Experience working with an ad agency is a plus.
