Marketing Officer  

Purpose of the Role

The primary role of a Marketing Officer is to support the marketing team in various tasks such as client communication, market research, data analysis, and other administrative tasks. The Marketing Officer plays a crucial role in contributing to the overall marketing efforts of the company and gaining valuable experience in the field of marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our online presence.
• Conduct market research and analysis on clients, other industry-related topics, and sales reports e.g. profiling of guests.
• Assist in drafting and sending communications to clients, including phone calls, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials, under the guidance of your supervisor.
• Create business presentations or proposals and pitch to the clients.
• Contribute to the development of search marketing strategy & process.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, contacting new leads, and preparing required documents.
• Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the team and company.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications or any related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with preference given to candidates with experience in Account Management, Business Development, Project Management or Sales.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Office Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, strong learning, and creative.

• Willing to work on-site.
