Job Purpose: The purpose of this position is to ensure that customers of FirstMetroSec are provided with an excellent account updating experience.
Major Responsibilities: The Account Maintenance Associate is responsible for updating customers’ records in FirstMetroSec. Specific responsibilities of the position shall also include the following:
- Assist clients in account updating completion.
- Receive, review, and process completed account updating documents.
- Answer account updating-related queries through phone, e-mail, and chat.
- Follow-up submission of outstanding documents through e-mail, call, and SMS.
- Answer customers' questions and explain investment products such as stocks, mutual funds, and bonds.
- Create electronic instruction slips.
- Maintain electronic records and ensure KYC documents are up to date.
- Prepare MIS reports in relation to all updated and non-updated clients’ records.
- Comply with the organization’s internal and external policies and regulations
- Coordinate other client concerns to the appropriate department as needed.
- Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Prior related experience preferred.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
