Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shift to ensure the efficiently operation.
- Coordinate and allocate the capacity in accordance with the quantity of parcels and adjust the routes according to real circumstances.
- Support the daily transport vehicle arrangement plan, coordinate with affiliated car company (supplier) and all branches across country that required service.
- Analyze the vehicle usage of each unit, follow-up, and solve problems to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
- Support on data preparation for daily performance report, analyze problems, and suggest solutions to superior for create or modify work process to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other work delivered by the company or superior
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- With or without experience in Transportation Dispatching
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
- Should be willing to do business trip within Visayas or Mindanao
- Committed and Dedicated
- Should be willing to do shifting schedule
