The role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee delivery of multiple software projects around our core farming computer vision software.
We’re a growing start-up with plenty of room for progression and making the role your own.
What you will be doing:
- Hire and supervise our engineering team (target is 10 people)
- Own agile culture and design the supporting structures and processes
- Help form the company strategic plans and execution
- Manage customer relationships and budgets
Tech Stack: Python, Numpy, OpenCV, Linux, Vue.js, Plotly, WebRTC, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
We would love to meet you if you have all or some of these requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as engineering manager or similar roles
- Commercial product development experience
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Experience managing a Scrum environment
- Ability to meet in Metro Manila a few times per month
As a bonus:
- Start-up / scale-up experience
- Scrum master certification
