Job Description
- Responsible in cooking, preparing, and handling grilled food (meat, poultry and fish).
- Works exclusively on the grill station in a standard kitchen that serves a wide variety of foods prepared in many different ways.
- In charge of preparing these dishes prior to being cooked, which may involve cutting or carving meat, fish or poultry, as well as assembling, measuring, and mixing other ingredients for each particular dish.
- Cooks steaks and other cuts of meat to each customer’s exact specifications while simultaneously maintaining full control of the grill station.
- He or she is always fully responsible for the quality of all food that leaves the grill station.
- Maintains high standards of health and safety.
- Prepares quality food in a timely and proficient manner.
- Accountable in the proper handling and storage of raw meat.
- Ensures that ingredients are stored properly.
- Maintains an inventory of food and other items needed for the grill station.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, College Level or Vocational Course Graduate of HRM/Food Technology or any related course.
- Hardworking, punctual, and has good attendance record from previous company
- Can understand basic English language
- Excellent interpersonal skills, stress management skills, and a strong ability to multi –task.
- Work experience in a grill restaurant is advantage.
- Highly specialized culinary training
- With a “Proactive and Can Do” Attitude.
- Has the ability to deal with all levels in the organization in a fast-paced environment
- Open-minded and with high level of integrity and accountability
- With good employment record and credentials
- Required languages: English, Filipino
- Applicants must be flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Quezon City
