Marketing Communications Supervisor  

The Marketing Communications Supervisor will provide a broad range of communications and marketing support to the organization. Functionally, the position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

1. Handles customers’ complaints; records details of the complaints, coordinates with ICRM

of Laguna for necessary action.

2. Spearheads plant tour program and ensures activity’s orderliness and effectiveness.

3. Gathers relevant information from customers and other clients and keeps an updated

record/file for proper documentation.

4. Assists in providing information in response to inquiries and requests from customers andother clients.

5. Assists in the conduct of marketing activities.

6. Assists in the conduct of corporate events including public relations and social

responsibility.

7. Prepares and reviews daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

8. Performs any other tasks and duties, which may be assigned from time to time provided

the proper training.

• Qualifications:

  Graduate college of any four (4) year course

  Must have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

  Can work under pressure; with excellent customer service skills

  With knowledge in computer software applicants (MS word, MS Excel, MS

  PowerPoint)

  Knows how to deal and relate well with customers and members of the

  organization; with above average organizational skills.

  At least year Experience of being a Supervisor/Team Leader in a customer service and public relation setup.
