Job description
- The Production Supervisor will be ensuring the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring production personnel.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent.
- With at least 2-3 years of working experience preferably gained in a food manufacturing set-up or related field.
- Preferably with knowledge in ISO and HACCP System.
