Job Description

  • Directing all operational aspects including customer service, manpower staffing, and sales in accordance with the company's objective
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
  • Meet goals and metrics
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, motivation and locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Minimum Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned either in Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Parañaque, Cavite, and Laguna
  • At least 1 - year of work experience as a Sales Personnel / Brand Ambassador
  • Computer literate
  • Can work with less supervision, is well-organized, and cost-efficient.
  • Excellent sales and customer service relations, good communication and great leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Willing to work on shifts
