Technical Project Manager  

Job Description Summary:

• The Technical Project Manager (TPM) role is responsible for ensuring smooth and on-time service delivery within budget constraints.
• The role is both technical and client-facing as TPMs work with the engineering team to ensure all blocking issues are resolved ahead of time as well as be sensitive to the customer’s other technical needs.
• It is therefore imperative that the TPM have a working understanding of both project management processes and Microsoft technologies (both cloud and on-premise).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any IT/Engineering related courses from a reputable university.
• Ideally completed relevant courses or technical certifications
• Entry-level certification for relevant technologies and practices such as
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or equivalent
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• PMP Certification, a plus

Technical Knowledge:

• Must have a solid understanding of these technologies and how they interoperate:
  • Windows Server
  • Windows Active Directory
  • Exchange Server, on-premises
  • MS Outlook to Exchange connectivity
  • Azure Virtual Network Gateway
  • Azure MFA
  • Azure Active Directory
  • PIM, Conditional Access
  • Azure AD Connect
  • Azure Virtual Networks
  • MS365 – Exchange Online
  • MS365 – Licensing
  • MS365 – Exchange Hybrid migration
  • Azure subscription RBAC
