Job Description
Primarily responsible for the overall management of the Nexthub’s Sales Department involving administrative supervision and control of the division’s activities and personnel, general sales and inventory management of new vehicles and the efficient delivery of sales services.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversees the efficient management of work processes to facilitate the attainment of sales targets
- Facilitates the development of a cohesive and high performing Sales team
- Monitors the Sales team’s performance in sales generation
- Formulates creative and innovative strategies and prepares challenging but doable Sales Plan for various products
- Monitors inventory, documentation and delivery of all parts and accessories
- Oversees the establishment, updating and expansion of customers database
- Monitors the sales generated by the Sales team, as well as synergy sales
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Administration or related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, 4 years of which are in a managerial capacity
- Experience in the automotive field is an advantage
- Willing to work in Taytay, Rizal
- Willing to do field work (meeting with clients, prospects, etc.)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
