Job Description
Primarily responsible in effective and efficient delivery of Ford Guest Experience (FGE) processes to Sales Customers which includes welcoming services, Sales Appointment Monitoring, new car display assessment and exceptional showroom 5S compliance monitoring in accordance with the Plant/Manufacturing standards on Customer experience and in compliance with Autohub/company policies and procedures and pertinent statutory rules/regulations on Customer Handling.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any Business/Hospitality Management and or any related course
- With 1 year of relevant work experience
- With excellent customer service skills
- Willing to be assigned at BGC, Taguig
