Job Description
- primarily respondible for the efficient and effective facilitation of vehice reception and providing customer services in the body and paint department through liaising between the customer and the body and paint workshop
- monitors the progress of vehicles being services and giving advice on maintenance and repair needs
- timely compliance with service reception procedural, documentation and reportorial requirements as prescribed by autohub, company and plant manufacturer
Minimum Qualifications
- graduate of bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or four year automotive course
- preferably with one year relevant work experience in automotive industry or customer service
- preferrably with driver's license
