Job Description
- Providing customer services in the Body Repair and Painting through liaising between the customer and the workshop
- Monitoring the progress of vehicles being serviced, giving technical advice on maintenance and repair needs
- To ensuring that all vehicles leaving the workshop are of the highest quality in order to deliver complete customer satisfaction.
- Proper and timely compliance with service reception procedural, documentation and reportorial requirements as prescribed by Company, Plant/Manufacturer and/or government regulatory bodies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- One (1) year experience in Automotive Industry
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to be assigned in Painthub - 37 Elisco Rd., Kalawaan, Pasig City
