- Oversees the operational efficiency of the department
Monitors the daily workshop load and ensures the efficient distribution of repair / service orders among the leadmen to achieve the given target productivity and efficiency rates - Checks and validates the reports provided by the lead man on the status and quality of repair jobs, identifies areas of concern and proposes course of action.
- Keeps himself and all workshop personnel informed about the latest Technical Bulletin released by the Plant/ Manufacturer
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 Year Automotive Course
- 4 Years of relevant work experience, 2 years of which in a supervisory capacity
- Professional Driver’s License 1 & 2 holder
- NC II Certification
