Job Description
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant who will collaborate closely with our founder team to streamline their schedule, personal requirements, executive communications, and manage daily tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain schedule and calendars
- Plan and coordinate events such as meetings and dinners
- Develop and manage standard operating procedures and checklists
- Handle communications and respond on behalf of the founder
- Manage various personal tasks as they come up
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Able to blend into the context of personal tasks requiring coordination with US-based vendors, individuals, and organizations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable prioritizing and handling multiple responsibilities
