Job Description
- Lead a team composed of product researchers, advertisers, copywriters, social media managers, graphic artist, and creatives to launch an effective eCommerce campaign
- Work with external entities and companies such as PR agencies and creative studios before, during, and after product launch
- Analyze market trend and behavior shift of consumers and recommend product and service opportunities for the company
- Strategize, execute and analyze the company's digital marketing programs
- Maximize the company's Return on Ad Spend metric and exceed revenue goals and other KPIs
- Ensures the accuracy and consistency of quality and branding of the company's product lines
- Improve the company's marketing effort by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ metrics, insights, and best practices, then acting on the information gathered
- Develop new approaches to build, measure, analyze and learn customer journeys on the company's different product line
- Assist the product developers during the next product iterations
- Provide reports to senior management on the performance of the different marketing efforts based on lead and revenue generation and other measurable metrics
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or it's equivalent

At least 3 years experience as a Marketing Professional

Experience in Digital Advertising and Social Media Marketing is a must
-
Experience in product conceptualization is a plus

Experience with Public Relations (PR) and Creative agencies is a plus

Knowledge in marketing funnels and value ladders is a plus

Strong analytical thinking skills
