• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and motivate your team members to excel. Set clear performance goals and guide them to consistently achieve or surpass targets.
• Sales Strategy Development: Create effective sales strategies for your team in line with the company's sales goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and monitor competitor activities.
• Sales Initiatives Planning and Development: Identify and execute sales initiatives, such as promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales training programs to drive sales growth. Collaborate with various business units to align these initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Client Management Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Attend client meetings, skillfully negotiate contracts, and promptly resolve concerns or issues.

We expect you to...

• Have completed a 4-year college course.
• Be a registered salesperson under the real estate board, which is a must.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Be goal-oriented and capable of effectively training, coaching, and motivating your team.
• Exhibit good platform / presentation and closing skills.
• Monitor the competition by gathering up-to-date marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• If you are a licensed Real Estate Broker with a minimum of 4-year sales and training experience and proven track record, then it can be advantageous to your application.
