Logistics and Operations Associate  

Daily order fulfillment: review orders, print labels, pack shipments, coordinate with

shippers

Manage daily shipping dashboard and all of our shipping partners to ensure all orders are

tracked and delivered to our customers

Manage our returns process

Manage our inventory management system

Eventually, developing end-to-end B2B delivery process and driver and fleet management

• Job Requirements:

  Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

  Understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes.
  Ability to analyze shipping data and optimize delivery methods to improve efficiency and cost.

  E-commerce Platforms:

  Experience with e-commerce management systems, online order processing, and product listings.
  Knowledge of e-commerce integrations

  Data Analysis:

  Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as shipping times, inventory levels, and order accuracy.
  Ability to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas for operational improvement.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field may be preferred

  ●Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce operations
  ●Experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
  ●Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay) and related tools.
