Analyzes business requirements and develops business requirement documents as well as detailed design specifications for enhancements, configuration changes and new IT Systems.
The System Analyst will also document test scenarios against the business requirements as part of conducting QA testing on applications developed. He/she will also serve as the liason between the client, the Product Development Lead and is involved throughout the product development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent in IT Programming
- High level of mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Logical,analytical and investigative mind, together with creative abilities
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills
- Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to details
- Professional approach to time, cost and deadlines
- Good team working and interpersonal skills required to enable working closely with staff at all levels throughout an organization, including managers and It Specialist
- Good report writing skills and the ability to communicate technical information and ideas clearly and concisely to non-technical people
