Transcriptionist  

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transcriptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for listening to audio recordings and converting them into written text with accuracy and clarity. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our content is accessible and easily searchable. Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe audio recordings into written documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and consistency.
• Follow formatting and style guidelines as per project requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of completed transcripts.
• Collaborate with team members to address any transcription issues or clarifications.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive or private information in audio recordings.
• Assist in creating show notes and episode descriptions when required.
• Continuously improve transcription accuracy and speed over time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a transcriptionist or similar role.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and writing mechanics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing error-free transcripts.
• Experience in transcribing audio for podcasts or media content is a plus.
