Community and Partnerships Manager  

As a Community and Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong, engaged community around Podcast Network Asia’s brand. You will be responsible for creating meaningful interactions with our audience across various digital platforms, including social media, forums, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand voice.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns that resonate with the audience and drive interaction.
• Editorial Calendar: Manage an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of content campaigns, using insights to refine and improve future content strategies.
• Content Distribution: Leverage multiple channels to distribute content and maximize reach and impact.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community on social media platforms, forums, and other channels to build brand loyalty and maintain positive relationships.
• Event Management: Organize online and offline events, webinars, and podcasts to engage and grow the community.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., marketing, creative, sales) to support the development of content and campaigns that align with the community’s interests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management or digital marketing. Prior experience with podcasting or the entertainment industry is a plus (but not required).
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to address and resolve challenges or conflicts within the community.
