Account Manager  

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive revenue growth by managing partnerships, sponsorships, and advertiser relationships for our podcasts. This role involves securing sponsorship deals, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and optimizing ad placements to maximize ROI for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, including advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
• Pitch and secure sponsorship deals for individual podcasts and the network as a whole.
• Ensure sponsors receive optimal ad placements and a high return on investment (ROI) within podcast episodes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, and podcast hosts) to execute and optimize sponsorship campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing with brands and agencies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide clients with data-driven insights on ad effectiveness.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or sponsorships, preferably in media, advertising, or podcasting.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for the podcasting and digital media industry.
