Job Description

As an Airline Reservations and Ticketing Agent (Customer Support Service), you will be assisting the European/American passengers of Air France/ KLM Royal Dutch Airline and Delta Airline in relation to their airline ticket/concerns such as, but not limited to:

  1. Taking calls from passengers and assisting them with their booking/ticket concerns.
  2. Communicating with the passengers efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
  3. Handling other requests related to their AF/KLM booking/ticket.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably graduate of Tourism/Travel Industry/, Airport Operations/Management, Communications, and other similar courses;
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Great attention to details;
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Call Center experience is an advantage;
  • Any global distribution system experience is an advantage;
  • Willing to work on-site or be in an office-based setup in Makati
