Job Description
As an Airline Reservations and Ticketing Agent (Customer Support Service), you will be assisting the European/American passengers of Air France/ KLM Royal Dutch Airline and Delta Airline in relation to their airline ticket/concerns such as, but not limited to:
- Taking calls from passengers and assisting them with their booking/ticket concerns.
- Communicating with the passengers efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Handling other requests related to their AF/KLM booking/ticket.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of Tourism/Travel Industry/, Airport Operations/Management, Communications, and other similar courses;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Great attention to details;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Call Center experience is an advantage;
- Any global distribution system experience is an advantage;
- Willing to work on-site or be in an office-based setup in Makati
