Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Assist in implementing training and development plans
- Monitor and record vacation and sick leave records of employees
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Help maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Assist in hiring needs and in the recruitment process
- Help encourage employees to avail of benefits/monitor availment
- Handle orientation of new employees
- Assist new graduate employees in obtaining government IDs
- Monitor and advise concerned business unit head regarding assessments due
Minimum Qualifications
- Good people skills
- At least 1 or 2 years experience in HR functions
- Can handle rush requirements efficiently
- Has a working knowledge of labor laws
- Speaks and writes English efficiently
- Has a collaborative attitude with other business units
