We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team for a blended account that encompasses both calls and back-office tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the mortgage sector, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

    ABOUT THE ROLE:
    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team for a blended account that encompasses both calls and back-office tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the mortgage sector, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications:
    -At least 6 months of Customer Service/BPO experience
    -Financial experience is a plus (but not required)
    -Strong communication skills
    -Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
    -Available for graveyard shifts

    Responsibilities:
     Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

     Assist clients with mortgage-related queries, including account information, processing, etc.

     Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, document verification, and account updates.

     Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.

     Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

     Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support.

     Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

     Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
