Role:
This position will be responsible for ensuring that all legal products (e.g regulations), legal opinions and advice, legal studies, settlement of legal disputes, and contractual relationships adhere to applicable related capital market laws and regulations in order to protect the company and create fair, orderly and efficient capital market.
Job Detail:
- Permanent position, BOD-1, senior management position
- The job holder will work closely with the Board of Directors, Commissioners, relevant divisions within IDX, SRO & subsidiaries, OJK, Ministry of Law & Human Rights, Judicial Institution, Attorney General’s Office, Notary, Police, BANI Arbitration Center, Alternative Institution for Dispute Resolution (LAPS), Legal Consultant, Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights, Bank Indonesia, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Legal.
- At least 10 years of experience in Legal field in capital markets and 5 years of experience in senior leadership position.
- Good understanding of capital market regulations & laws, capital market instruments, regulation and/or contractual drafting, corporate law, and legal disputes settlement.
- Exceptional communication skill (in Indonesia & English)
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
