Team Lead Information System Audit  

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join us as Team Lead Information System Audit, a pivotal role responsible for planning, preparing, executing, monitoring, and reporting the results of routine and special inspections for Exchange Members. You will play a critical role in developing actionable recommendations to minimize potential risks for customers, Exchange Members, and the capital market industry while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of IT governance, IT risk management, and IT control.

What You’ll Deliver:
Education
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Accounting.

Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in IT consulting firms or Public accounting firms.

Technical Skills

1. Proficient in general control and application control.
2. Skilled in Cybersecurity - Attack and Defense
3. Experienced in audit investigation techniques.
4. Certifications such as CISA, CEH, CHFI, or equivalent.
5. Strong communication and reporting skills.

Soft Skills

1. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
3. Comfortable working in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for working across teams and departments.

General Requirements:

1. Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
3. Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
4. Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
