Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Organize domestic and international travel logistics
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences
- Coordinate communication between leadership and various teams
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in management or other related fields
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, scheduler, or coordinator
- Proficiency in travel planning and event coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be willing to work US business hours
- Flexibility in coverage – being able to support a wide array of personalities and leaders
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in virtual assistance or remote work
- Experience in a startup environment, US-based company, or other similarly fast-paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic environment
