- Develop and monitor the work plan for both the Infinnum team and the client team
- Facilitate operations and delivery meetings among team members
- Monitor team productivity and engagement deliverables
- Review the use of appropriate technologies in completing deliverables and monitor issues to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency
- Supervise, review, and evaluate the works of junior managers and consultants
- Mentor junior managers and consultants
- Lead the meetings with client-partners on management accounting reports and analysis
- Prepare engagement proposals, bills of activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Management, or related program
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of finance and accounting experience, financial and investment reporting and analysis, budgeting, financial study and simulations
- With experience in supervising or managing a team of 5-8 people
- Willing to travel and visit clients when needed
- Highly analytical with a strong business sense
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
