Job Description
Role Description
The HR & Admin Manager is primarily responsible for end to end
recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management and
implementation of company policies. General admin or office management is also
part of the scope of work. He/She will directly report to the Country Manager and
Head of Media Operations.
Responsibilities
The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for the following:
I. Recruitment
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Provide feedback and implement recruitment strategies
- Prepare offer letters and secure approvals
- Manage external recruitment partnerships and internship program
II. Onboarding
- Collect pre-employment requirements and set up tools (email, accounts, laptop)
- Update Employee Masterfile and TimeTec database
- Conduct HR orientation and coordinate training materials
III. Offboarding
- Process resignation and exit documents
- Conduct exit interviews and coordinate asset return and clearance
- Ensure last pay is released with Finance Team
IV. Employee Relations
- Plan and facilitate engagement activities
- Manage event budgets and approvals
- Collaborate with management on workforce needs and retention programs
- Address employee relations and performance issues
V. Training and Development
- Collaborate with mancom on training plans
- Research and recommend training initiatives
- Monitor training attendance and budget
VI. Performance Management
- Prepare letters for performance reviews and increments
- Ensure timely completion of evaluations
- Resolve workplace conflicts and manage PIPs
- Implement Succession Planning and submit monthly reports
VII. Company Policies
- Ensure HR processes comply with DOLE regulations
- Develop and enforce relevant policies
- Ensure employee adherence to policies
VIII. Admin
- Manage equipment procurement and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and building admin for facility-related tasks
- Safeguard assets and documents
- Ensure compliance with safety and local regulations
- Submit weekly and monthly HR reports to Country Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Performance Measures
● Timely and accurate completion of HR & Admin tasks, including
recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
● Effective implementation of employee engagement initiatives and
maintaining low turnover rates.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
● 5+ years’ experience as HR Manager or similar role
● Excellent verbal and written communication
● Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working in creative, media or advertising agencies is a plus
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to multi-task and have the flexibility to work on changing priorities
● Knowledgeable in relevant labor, health and safety laws.

● Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM
