As a Senior End User Computing & Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our technology infrastructure is secure, efficient, and aligned with our business needs.

Your Role

As a Senior End User Computing & Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for administering IT systems, supporting end-users with their daily IT challenges, and developing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your role will involve managing users, creating custom workflows, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring the security and integrity of our applications and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security and integrity of IT applications and software.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with desktops and laptops via remote tools or in-person support.
  • Troubleshoot issues such as password resets, network connectivity, and application-specific problems.
  • Update and close tickets through the internal ticketing system.
  • Provision IT equipment for new employees and manage off-boarding processes.
  • Conduct equipment checks, including AV and CCTV systems, to ensure functionality.
  • Maintain and update documentation and processes, including SOPs and user manuals.
  • Migrate operating systems to the latest versions and refresh old technology (Windows/MacOS).
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to determine Salesforce needs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Administer Salesforce, ensuring stability and functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Desktop Technician, System Administrator, or similar role in the IT industry.
  • Proven experience with various server and desktop operating systems and platforms.
  • Understanding of networking, with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of general system security and data backup/recovery processes.
  • Ability to solve high-level software and hardware issues.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Builder is a plus.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows 10, 11, and MacOS.
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Management systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies (ITIL certification is a plus).
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail.
  • Practical knowledge of Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach.
