Senior Microsoft Specialist  

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and translate these into effective SharePoint solutions.
• Ensure seamless intergration of Microsoft 365 applications with client's existing systems.
• Provide comprehensibe training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Develop user-friendly documentation and guides tailored for client needs.
• Address client queries and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead Microsoft 365 implementation projects for clients, managing timelines, resources, stakeholder communication.
• Stay abreast of the lates Microsoft 365 service offerings and enhancemetns.
• Work closely with internal teams to aign Mirosoft 365 solutions with overall business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong realtionships with clients, acting as the go-to-expert for all Microsoft 365 related needs.
• Be independent in organization, documentation, and communication of projects to you.
• Maintain our SharePouint based intranet and make improvement based on your experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in a client-facing SharePoint role.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, functionality, and customization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and integration with third-party services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into layman's terms for client understanding.
• Experience in SharePoint Online technology.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft SharePoint certification is a plus.
• Experience in project management and consultative roles.
• Flexibility to work according to different time zones.
