- Provide support for Project Managers
- Contact person for commercial and contractual matters of the project
- Support in cross-departmental order and project accounting
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of the monthly project reviews
- Conduct of resource planning process
- Monitoring and analysis of cost trends and regular implementation of residual cost estimates
- Collaboration in the calculation of offers & orders including checking
- Commenting on the commercial conditions of offers & orders
- Support during month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting
- Monitoring and analysis of cost trends
- Business partner for all commercial matters in the project
- Taking over project reporting as well as cost planning and control
- Implementation of complex, cross-departmental order and project accounting as well as planning of incoming payments within a project
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable previous qualification
- 3 - 5 years of professional working experience in project controlling
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge of contract law
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM
- High affinity for numbers as well as analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience in the areas of cost analysis and controlling is desirable
- Solution-oriented personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality and convincing appearance
- Team spirit and strong communication skills combined with an independent and structured way of working
- You enjoy moving things forward
- Good English verbal & written skills
