Marketing Director  

Provide strategic leadership and direction for JSU’s brands based on qualitative and quantitative consumer insights and translating those strategic directions into commercial execution that will help enable JSU to achieve its business objectives.

Job Description:

• Reviews brand performance by looking into internal sales performance and various sources of consumer research data and identify business implications to be able to deliver each brand’s business objectives
• Conducts monthly review of digital performance results based on identified KPIs and benchmark data with digital media agencies and come up with measures to improve performance as needed
• Reviews and provides inputs on advertising briefs provided by the creative agencies as well as the brand team
• Approves advertising briefs and promo workplans submitted by the brand team and ensures timely execution
• Prepares brand performance reviews taking into consideration internal sales performance, market share performance vs. competition and dropped orders
• Provide inputs as needed on packaging design, features, and benefits
• Strong management competencies in the areas of executive and leadership development, managerial coaching and mentoring and situational assessment skills.

Qualifications:

• You must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• With At least 10 years of experience in advertising, brand management, and/or marketing communications planning. Experience in an FMCG company is a must.
• With (5) years of managerial experience in brand building, product management, advertising, digital marketing, and/or effective marketing campaign.
• Must have experience in using and translating AC Nielsen and Kantar Data
• Experience working with and successfully managing cross-functional teams, strategic partners and third party agencies
