Job Description
We are looking for a Brand Supervisor with a passion for innovation and social impact, who will foster Kalibrr into a global leader in recruitment technology helping overseas companies build world-class teams in SE Asia.
Our ideal Brand Supervisor should be able to relate to other roles on many different levels. They should have the following skills to build an atmosphere of creative development and brand success:
- Jobseeker Marketing Initiatives:
- Contribute to Kalibrr's jobseeker marketing efforts
- Manage our Indonesia social media accounts
- Organize jobseeker-focused events such as meetups, webinars, or workshops
- Lead Employer Branding Projects for Clients:
- Oversee all current and upcoming employer branding engagements
- Serve as the primary contact between clients and Kalibrr
- Ensure each project has a clear timeline, defined deliverables, assembled team (full-time and/or freelance), and managed budget
- Success is measured by your ability to understand client requirements, deliver quality work, and help clients achieve their employer branding and hiring goals
- Maintain Client Satisfaction:
- Address any challenges promptly if a client is dissatisfied with speed, quality, or outcomes
- Implement a clear plan to rectify issues, realign expectations, and regain client confidence
- Performance Metrics:
- Achieve client satisfaction scores averaging at least 8.5 out of 10 at the end of each project
- Increase the number of clients who re-engage and continue employer branding work with Kalibrr
- Encourage clients to refer us to other companies and agree to be featured as case studies for marketing purposes
- Grow the business in terms of revenue and profitability
- Business Development and Marketing:
- Participate in sales meetings, presenting to potential clients how we can help them achieve their employer branding goals
- Create marketing materials to promote the services of the employer branding team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency (preferred).
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, PPC).
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Leadership potential with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative to drive growth.
